It addresses safety and support structures such as Homeland Security, National Security , police , ambulance corps and coordination structures . Dboard The solution is based on the fundamental principle of information flow within the territory in which the event takes place , to enable staff a conscious and coordinated implementation of activities . The system can be used in time of Peace for planning, simulation and training , and during the event for the coordination and management of co-ordinated actions , post-event for the redefinition of restoration activities and the coordination of the same. Dboard allows conveying all the information and distribute them on mobile devices ( tablets and smartphones ), providing a graphical representation of the environment enriched with the key information for the understanding of the scenario and operational needs. The devices allow at the same time to collect additional information for a better understanding of the event , providing new information points within the territory . Each device allows to collect GPS data of movement, audio / video stream and support requests from operators .
